Last week I purchased our first mini pool, scrubbed it with hot soapy water, filled it, and let it warm, just to make sure Lauren didn't get too cold. :) After lunch we ventured out to the pool to find it was as warm as a bathtub. :P Maybe too warm, but Lauren loved it. She was in and out, in and out. Trying to eat all the pebbles, and bark dust chips. It was a sunny day so the pictures are a little bright, we'll try for better ones later...
Jesus is so faithful! We are having such a great time being a family of three. Dave is staying really busy with work, which we're thankful for. Lauren is walking! This is so amazing to Dave and I. Our little girl is walking. She loves to walk across the room, wobbling, sometimes running, and pounce on mama or daddy. We're hoping this won't happen at church with any of her little friends. I'm sure we'll hear about it. :) I'm staying busy being a wife and mom and looking forward to having my niece and nephew, Madison and Kai come and stay for a few weeks. I'm sure we'll be adding pictures of them soon. Enjoy your summer, and please come and visit anytime. We'll have the pool ready!!! :)
