As one year has passed Dave and I have experience the true "JOY" of parenting, we have been able to see the mercies and grace of our Lord. It truly is unearned and undeserved favor. Lauren is a true gift from God. She makes us laugh often, which is our favorite thing to do in our house. Since I think my husband is the funniest man ever. And we, like all parents, think that she is the cutest little girl ever.

Lauren is walking, talking (dada, kiykat, meow, whoa, or wow???), and climbing everything, or everyone possible. We are really excited for this next year, to see what the Lord has in store for The Shearer Family. Much Love to you all!!!
