The summer has officially began. Last weekend we planted our vegetable garden with Miss Lauren's "help." The Lord has given Dave and I a busy busy girl. She loves to help which causes us to be creative and keeps us on our toes. This makes life very interesting. I love it! our little helper
our before picture.....My amazing husband and his ingenuity thought that color coded skewers would be a good markers for the veggies! I LOVE HIM!
So tired!!!
So tired!!!
We planted many veggies and herbs and can't wait to reap the harvest. The day after we planted our garden, Pastor Brett taught on Matthew chapter 12 and evaluating the soil of your heart. It was an amazing teaching and a perfect picture of our Lord. He is The True Sower of the seeds! What type of soil is your heart? Fluffy worked soil, or stubborn rock solid and immovable??? A great question! Is our Christianity planted shallow in our hearts or deeply rooted? I pray for a richly tilled heart that is open to being worked. Being a christian isn't a piece of cake, but choosing heaven over hell is worth the effort. I pray all of you that read this blog would have that rich walk with our Lord in Heaven!!!
