KIM-CHEE!!!!
"78 million Koreans can't be wrong," Dave says. He is referring to Koreans love for Kim-chee. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner they eat a fermented chili peppers and cabbage delicacy.
Dave has looked forward to the day he would share his love of kim-chee with his daughter.
TODAY is the day Lauren tried Kim-chee.....

She actually ate it. I was very happy for Dave. He was quite pleased.
She does take after her daddy.

Good girl Lauren! Way to eat your kim-chee. I found that most little children like kim-chee. It's salty with lots of flavor... what's not to love?? Besides, it's healthy (studies show lots of benefits).
Sara, do you think you'll start making batches of kim-chee now? :)
I'd offer to help you make it, but I never learned. I know, I know, it's embarrassing to admit it, but it's true. I just get a jar of it from my mom whenever I'm out... it's so much easier and less smellier. :)
Thanks Alice for help with the spelling. I actually spelled it your way at first and then looked it up and found it spelled with the I...anyway :)
Um NO....I don't think I will be making this homemade. I'm sure Dave would love it though. You know me and Kim-chee. :) Your mom makes delicious Kim-chee (according to Dave). :)
Do you think the weather in Oregon is warm enough to ferment the cabbage and peppers fully?
Yummm..I want to try it.
