At 14 months Lauren has become quite the character. I love her so much! She makes me laugh daily as does her father. I'm sure that's where she gets it from.
REJOICE ALWAYS, AGAIN I WILL SAY REJOICE! PHIL 4:4 (my life verse)
As a little girla, my mom taught my sisters and I a song. Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say rejoice. In the car on LONG trips I remember singing this song and doing rounds with my sisters. My poor dad endured all of this :) We'd sing it a few times throughout the years and it stuck in my head. I'm so thankful and I rejoice that my mom taught us girls to love Jesus. I pray that I can teach Lauren to love and rejoice in Jesus and to trust Him for all her strength.
There are just a few things I rejoice in:
>Jesus dying on the cross for the sins of the world, not just christians, but for non-believers too.
>Having the hope of heaven. For those that believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose again, we can joyfully have the hope of heaven. Even in enduring circumstances...
>Dave. A wonderful husband that provides love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, faithfulness, kindness, and self-control in our home.
>Lauren. A precious daughter who helps me understand LOVE. I love her so much as a mother loves a daughter, but how much more does our Father in heaven love us. That makes me REJOICE and be thankful that He never fails in His love.
>Family. Having everyone in my family knowing Jesus and walking daily with him, that gives me such JOY!
HIS LOVE AND HIS JOY TO YOU ALL!!!
