Labor Day Camping at the beach

Sweet Lily and her Mama Sarah

our little camper

This summer sure seems to be slipping away too soon. The days are getting shorter and fewer 85*+ days. We are hoping for an Indian Summer. Wouldn't that be great? Last weekend we headed over to the Oregon Coast to Beverely Beach (which was beautiful) to camp with our church family. It was so great to sit around with friends that we usually only get to chat with in passing. Minus the COLD night, the weekend was great. Lauren loved the beach. She really likes picking up sand and letting it run through her fingers. AGAIN its so fun watching your daughter experience these fun things. Lauren really loves camping, eatting dirt, bark, and sand. Why is it when you camp you eat too much? You would think you would keep things more simple, but we ate so good. With everyone bringing their favorite camping treats, we were quite spoiled. Of course you can't forget the S'mores.

Dave is now back to work. "Back to the ole' grind." We've had a few people looking at our house, which is always exciting, but no offers yet. We'll see what the Lord has for us. We're living Day by Day with the Lord knowing He has our tomorrow's in His hands.....
