With another wonderful Thanksgiving behind us, we are finding more and more leftovers in our fridge. It is a good problem to have, but golly gee whiz. I don’t think I can eat another helping of mashed potatoes, gravy, or stuffing. I can always eat a leftover turkey sandwich, sweet potatoes, fruit salad, pumpkin pie, or apple pie. My stretchy pants can only go so far. After a good run today I hope to escape my carb coma.

We had such a fantastic, long weekend. Honey and Papa came for Thanksgiving and Aaron, Shelby and the Kids came up from N. Cal for a few Basketball games at Corbin College in Salem and Northwest Christian College in Eugene. What a treat being able to watch a few ball games! Lauren had a ball…tee hee… She sat there and watched the WHOLE game. When I mean whole I mean whole. They went into double over time. STRESSFUL!!!!! Lauren loved it. She sat there and clapped with us and danced with the music and took it all in. I’m hoping this is the beginning of her love for basketball. :) She would really make her Mama, and her Uncle Aaron happy. Here are a few pics of our weekend!
