A bright snowy scene will be my blog layout for the next few weeks....as snow is falling right now up at Hood(12in today). Doesn't the snow inspire you to do something childlike and make a few snow angels? I don't know how long its been since I flopped myself backwards into the snow and allowed it to fall freely onto my face. As I lay in the snow staring up into the sky, moonlight shining through the snow and making the night sky feel like an episode of starwars... I LOVE IT!!! Its been two years since I've snowboarded with my hubby or the girls. I've missed it soooo much. This is my year! Just kidding I will probably break my leg or something if I get too ahead of myself. And my dearest friend Suzannie has reminded me time and time again "YOU ONLY HAVE ONE BODY!!!" She is a great friend to have! ANYWAY :) I can't wait to hit the mountain this year. If anyone is for it??? Maybe a second "somewhat" annual Girls Ride... 5 years later

I love your mama mama story. I see there has been lots of snow, you must be excited. Unfortunately, I am more of a sledder or a sit in the lodge sipping hot cocoa kind of girl rather than a cool snowboarder chick:) I'm sure you guys will have fun though when you go. Lauren is growing up so much, se is too cute.
